Multi-Piece Toilet Roll Tissue paper Final Packing Machine (On-Line)
本機特點：
1. 卷桶紙中包包裝機是集：皮帶式自動輸送、自動點數、裝袋、左右叉角、封切包裝一體機。采用PLC電腦編程控制文本操作，可與大回旋切紙機、鋸帶切紙機對接自動分流分卷點數，半自動化控制只需人工套袋操作簡單快捷。
2. 封切裝置獨立溫控設計使得封口效果美觀整齊，切邊尾料自動吹氣吹走，整機速度快、節省人工；降低成本、提高生產效益。
3. 適用于多粒有芯卷桶衛生紙或無芯卷桶衛生紙的中包包裝。
4. 輔助配置：配套提供輸送臺和變道裝置，方便與前端設備聯接（個性配置）
Machine Features:
1.Toilet Roll Tissue paper final packing machine:
Automatically convey by belt, Automatic Counting , Automatically feed the rolls into bag, Insert bag left side and right side as Fork angle, Sealing and cutting in one machine. Controlled by PLC , it can be connected with Log Saw machine , band saw machine , automatic distributary and counting piece, Semi-automatic control,Open and Feed the bag to machine by labor , its operation is simple and quick.
2. Sealing and cutting device is designed as Independent temperature control, it makes the sealing with good looking and tidy; automatic blow the bag tailing after cutting. Machine with quick packing , it saves labor force, reduces cost and improves production efficiency.
3. Suitable for final packing Multi-Piece Toilet Roll Tissue paper with or without paper core
4. Auxiliary Part: equip with convey platform, change direction device, convenient to connect with the paper making machine (customized configuration).
